Zirel beta
What Zirel is — and what it is not.
Zirel is a private worldbuilding workspace that organizes characters, factions, events, and typed relations, then provides explainable rule-based warnings and visual exploration tools.
It is intended for writers, game masters, screenwriters, narrative designers, indie game developers, and other creators managing connected fictional worlds.
No. Zirel is not a story generator and does not replace creative judgment. It helps you inspect the structure and consistency of the world you create.
General note tools are flexible repositories. Zirel models fictional facts as entities and typed relations that can be searched, checked, and explored as a connected system.
Your world remains your creative content.
You retain ownership of your worlds and creative content. Zirel receives only the limited permission required to provide, process, display, and export the service.
Yes. A project can be exported as structured JSON for portability and independent backups.
Yes. Zirel can import its supported project JSON format and recreate the project entities and relations. Import validation may reject malformed or unsupported files.
No active AI feature processes project content in the current product. Any future assisted analysis would require a separate product and privacy decision.
You can delete individual projects. Self-service account deletion is not available yet; use the Contact page for an account or broader data-deletion request.
What to expect from an early-stage product.
No. Zirel is a working MVP in early beta. Features, interface details, and product direction may change after testing.
Avoid highly sensitive, confidential, or irreplaceable material during early beta. Export important projects regularly and keep an independent copy.
No. The five current checks are deterministic suggestions. They can miss issues or flag intentional story choices; the creator makes the final decision.
No fixed public end date is promised. Priorities depend on reliability work, data controls, accessibility, and feedback from real use.
What the current product actually does.
You can create private projects containing characters, factions, events, and typed directional relations.
It is an interactive constellation-style network with search, filters, an inspector, direct connections, path finding, movable nodes, and a minimap.
They are explainable, rule-based checks for five current patterns, including timeline conflicts, one-sided hostility, and a faction loyalty conflict.
Story Tapestry is a compact interactive Project Dashboard view built from the project’s actual entities and relations. It complements, rather than replaces, Graph Workspace.
Research directions, not release commitments.
Possibly later, but the site does not currently accept payments. Pricing would only be considered after the product’s value is validated.
Research directions include deeper explainable checks, stronger graph navigation, custom schemas, collaboration, additional export formats, and optional assisted analysis. None is guaranteed.
Collaboration is a research direction, not a current feature or commitment. The single-user workflow and data controls come first.
Use the Feedback page and describe what you tried, what you expected, what happened, and any reproducible steps. Specific observations are more useful than broad feature lists.
