Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and the operator of Zirel. They govern access to the Zirel website and application, including accounts, private world projects, logic warnings, graph tools, import, export, feedback, and related beta services.

By creating an account, agreeing during registration, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Zirel.

You must be able to enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use Zirel for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

02

Your account

Most Zirel workspace features require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Projects are associated with their owners. Ordinary users may access only their own projects; administrators may access records when reasonably required for beta operation, support, security, or deletion requests.

If you believe an account has been accessed without authorization, contact us through the Contact page.

03

Beta service

Zirel is an early MVP and beta. Features, interfaces, limits, routes, and data formats may change. The service may contain defects, become unavailable, or behave unexpectedly while the product is developed.

Zirel currently does not accept payments through the site. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase.

Important during beta

Do not rely on Zirel as the only copy of important work. Export projects regularly and keep independent backups.

04

Acceptable use

You may use Zirel only for lawful purposes. You must not access another user's private data, bypass authentication or authorization, interfere with service availability, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Good to know

Fiction, fan works, and transformative projects may be organized in Zirel when you have the rights or lawful basis needed to use the underlying material. You remain responsible for what you submit.

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

05

Content and intellectual property

Your content. You keep ownership of fictional worlds, characters, factions, events, relations, stories, notes, descriptions, and other creative material you create or submit.

You grant the Zirel operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, display, process, analyze, and export User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited technical retention, legal obligations, and backups.

Zirel materials. The Zirel software, interface, branding, documentation, and original product materials remain the property of their respective owner. These Terms do not transfer those rights to users.

06

Logic analysis

Logic Warnings are rule-based suggestions generated from project facts and relations. They may miss contradictions, misunderstand incomplete data, or flag an intentional creative choice.

Please read

Zirel does not guarantee that a world, manuscript, campaign, screenplay, or game is accurate, original, publishable, legally safe, commercially viable, or error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing every result.

AI analysis is not part of the current core service. If it is added later, its operation and data handling will be explained separately.

07

Privacy and data

Our handling of account data, project content, analytics, messages, cookies, providers, retention, and privacy requests is described in the Privacy Policy.

Zirel currently uses Render for application and PostgreSQL hosting and, only after analytics consent, Google Analytics for website measurement. No system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid highly sensitive or irreplaceable material during beta.

08

Export and termination

You may stop using Zirel at any time. Projects can be deleted from the application and exported in the supported JSON format. Self-service account deletion is not yet available; broader deletion requests can be submitted through Contact.

Zirel may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, security needs, legal obligations, or discontinuation of the beta. Export important projects before deleting them or closing access.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups, security logs, or records required by law.

09

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zirel is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, permanent data preservation, fitness for a particular purpose, or perfect accuracy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Zirel operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from beta use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

A governing-law and dispute-resolution section will be finalized before a broad commercial launch. Mandatory rights that apply to you are not displaced by this beta draft.

10

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as Zirel changes. The latest revision date and version appear at the top of this page. Material changes should be communicated through the service, email, or another reasonable channel where required.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective means acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request deletion of relevant account data.

11

Contact

For questions about these Terms, account access, security concerns, or deletion requests, use the Contact page.

This is an early beta legal draft and not legal advice. Formal operator identity, jurisdiction, and commercial terms must be finalized before a broad or paid launch.
